# The 15-Minute Sunday System to Finish Your "Someday" Project in 90 Days

An AI coach that checks the doing, not the results. Every Sunday it asks one question, did it move forward this week, and turns the answer into next week's plan.

Why I built it

In 2024 I started a YouTube channel. It was the thing I'd always wanted to do.

A few weeks in, I told myself I was too busy. That it wasn't going to work. That it was embarrassing. I'd watched so many courses I didn't know where to start.

So I quit. Quietly.

Nobody noticed, because nobody was watching. That's what made it so easy.

It cost me years on the one goal I'd always cared about.

This year I started again. Not just the channel. I started my own company, Essentivity, and I'm taking on my first clients. Three big things at once. This time I check in every Sunday.

Most people have one of these. The podcast. The book. The business. The thing you bring up at dinner and then change the subject. A **someday** project.

The four things I told myself

## Every one of them has an answer.

| "I'm too busy." | Fifteen minutes on a Sunday. Every check-in ends with three blocks in your calendar, so the time is found before the week starts. |
| --- | --- |
| "It's not going to work." | It doesn't ask whether it's working. It asks whether you did it. A small yes counts. |
| "It's embarrassing." | It's private. No audience, no group, nobody to perform for. |
| "There's too much information." | No more learning. One question at a time. It does the thinking and the writing. |

What changed

## I stopped measuring whether it was working.

In 2024 I measured the outcome. Views. Subscribers. Whether it was working. So every bad week felt like proof it wasn't, and I quit.

This time I committed to the process, not the outcome. I care about the doing. A bad week is still a small yes, so I keep going.

**Most systems measure whether it's working. The Sunday Compass measures whether you did it.**

Every Sunday, in about fifteen minutes, it asks you:

- **The one question.** Did the project move forward this week? Yes or no. Not how much. Just whether.
- **Your ten life scores.** Health, mental and emotional, partner, family, friends, missions, experiences, spirit, finances, learning. One to ten each. The project is part of a whole life, not the whole thing.
- **A short reflection.** Three great things from the week, the main struggle, and what you'd tell a friend going through the same thing.
- **Next week.** Three blocks, straight into your calendar.

How it works

## One morning to set up. Fifteen minutes a week after that.

Once · about an hour

Setup

An interview about the life you want, the version you're scared of, and the one project that matters most. It writes it all up for you.

Every Sunday · 15 min

Check-in

Did it move? Your ten scores and a short reflection. Ends with next week's three calendar blocks.

Rough weeks · 5 min

Short check-in

Three questions and a plan. A short check-in beats a skipped one.

Every check-in ends the same way:

NEXT WEEK Daily hour: Mon–Fri, 6:00–7:00am Block 1: Tue 6:00am Write the channel description Block 2: Thu 6:00am Film the intro video, zero edits Block 3: Sat 9:00am Upload it Project moved this week: YES

Twelve Sundays. Twelve honest answers. One thing finished that's been waiting for years.

Why it's different

## You've probably tried some of these.

| Planners | Guilt over empty pages. The Compass has nothing to fill in. It asks, you answer. |
| --- | --- |
| Notion templates | A weekend of setup, abandoned in a month. The Compass is a conversation. No setup. |
| The books | Great ideas, nothing different on Monday. The Compass ends every week with three calendar blocks. |
| AI journal apps | Reflection with no plan, and a monthly fee. The Compass gives you both, for one payment. |
| Online courses | Watched, not used. There's nothing to watch here. Fifteen minutes a week. |

When a week goes badly

## It's built for the weeks you'd normally quit.

### You miss a week

No catching up. It sends you back to the smallest step and asks what actually got in the way.

### Two weeks with nothing moving

It says so, plainly, and shrinks the next step until it's almost too small to skip.

### You want to start over with a new system

It calls it what it usually is, a comfortable way to avoid the work, and brings you back to one step.

What you get

## Everything in one download.

What each part usually costs on its own.

| **The Sunday Compass coach.** Set up in your own Claude account in five minutes, with a one-page guide. | A$297 |
| --- | --- |
| **The setup interview.** Works out what you actually want and the one project that matters. | A$150 |
| **The Sunday Compass Guide.** Nine designed pages: setup, the Sunday ritual, and what to do when you fall off. | A$27 |
| **The Essential Life document template.** A home for your plan in your notes app. | A$19 |
| **The printable Sunday sheet.** For pen and paper next to the chat. | A$9 |
| What this usually costs | A$502 |

Who it's for

| It's for you if | there's a someday project you keep talking about and haven't finished. |
| --- | --- |
| It's for you if | you've started planners and systems and want one that survives past week three. |
| It's not for you if | you want a business course, a Notion setup to tinker with, or help with something heavier than a hard week. It's a planning coach, not a therapist. |

Who made it

## I'm Liam.

I was a Marketing Director for five years. I've written down the life I want, and checked my weeks against it, fifteen or so times over the last seven or eight years. That process became Essentivity, and I teach it 1:1 in a 28-day program called Off Autopilot.

The Sunday Compass is the same process without me in the room. It's what I'm using right now to build Essentivity, bring on my first clients and get my YouTube channel going again.

Questions

### What exactly am I buying?

An AI coach that lives in a Project on your own Claude account, plus a designed guide and templates. You talk to it like a normal chat. It's set up with my whole method, so it knows what to ask and in what order.

### Do I need to be good with AI?

No. Setup is copy, paste and upload one file, with a one-page guide. Then you type **setup** the first time and **Sunday review** every week after.

### Why Claude and not ChatGPT?

I built and tested it in both. Claude was noticeably better at the part that matters most: a slow, one-question-at-a-time interview that actually listens. So Claude is the only version I sell.

### Do I need a paid account?

No. It runs as a Claude Project, which is on Claude's free plan. If you don't have Claude yet, signing up at claude.ai takes about two minutes. Paid accounts allow longer conversations, which helps on setup morning.

### What if I don't finish in 90 days?

If you check in every Sunday, you'll either finish or know exactly what's in the way.

### Does it remember me each week?

Yes. After your first morning you add your plan to the project's files, and it reads it every Sunday. Nothing to paste, nothing to remember.

### Is it private?

Your conversations stay in your own Claude account. I can't see them.

### I've done the free Essentivity course. Is this the same?

The course teaches the method. The Compass runs it with you every week, so it doesn't stop when the course does.
