## What's inside

**The Current Scene.** Where you are now. An honest, normal Tuesday, wake up to bed.

**The Essential Scene.** Where you actually want to be. The questions I use, an hour-by-hour map of your ideal day, and a goal for each of the ten areas of your life.

**The Anti-Essential Scene.** Where you definitely don't want to be. Every question flipped, your worst day mapped out, and the anti goals to watch for.

Plus the one question that filters out everyone else's opinions, and how to find what you already have and what's missing that you can control.

## Why I made it

I was lost for years. Dropped out of uni, copied every guru's routine, got up at 4am to optimise a life I didn't have a direction for.

This is the exercise that fixed that. I've done it about ten times since 2019, and it's the only thing that has ever given me real direction.
